She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfield Barker and Allie Wiles Barker; her siblings, Ella Barker Sturgill, Grace Barker Stone, Carola Barker Gilley, Hazel Barker Hensley, Pauline Barker Shatley, Marie Barker Grubb, Louise Barker Severt, Glenn Barker, John Roy Barker and Willie Worth Barker; and her son-in-law Jimmie Young.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Halsey (Emmy) of West Jefferson and Linda Young of Grassy Creek; her grandchildren, Michelle Halsey, Tara Young Miller, Cari Halsey, Todd Young and Ally Halsey; her great grandchildren, Taylon, Airis, Tiffany, Savannah, Hunter, Sabrina and Ariel; and her great great grandchildren, Lainey and Beckley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
