He is survived by: his children, Phyllis, Jack Jr. (Susan) and Debbie (James); his grandchildren, Tara (Tommy), Brad (Heather), Wesley (Mallory), Karlie, Garrett (Kellie), Becky (Eric), Michael Chase (Christine) and Brandon; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler, Madelyn, Alexis, Aubrey, Tade, Dylan, Carter Jo, Easton, Evelyn, Natalie, Henry, Elias and Wrenn; his great great grandchild Sawyer; and also Frodo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ashelawn Memorial Chapel (3470 U. S. Hwy 221 N, Jefferson, NC 28640). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Twin Oaks Veterinary Hospital in Sparta.
