She is survived by: her children, Warren Witherspoon (Leona) of Jefferson, Sandy Witherspoon of Jefferson, Kathy Shepherd (Lewis) of Jefferson and Lorrie Roten (Scott) of Jefferson; and her siblings, Ernest Howell of Laurel Springs, Myrtle Adams of Taylorsville, Lea Ella South and Leona Jarvis of West Jefferson. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
