She is survived by: her mother Kay Bare Perkins of Jefferson; her brother Travis Perkins (Kendra) of Jefferson; her grandmother Hazel Stringer Bare of Laurel Springs; her nephew John Fields Perkins; and her niece Annie Clare Perkins. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
