She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Roosevelt and Gladys Louanna Keys Way; her siblings, George Way, Robert Wyatt, Dean Wyatt, Judy Gearhert, Dottie Way and Brenda Compton (Ruth); and her pet Miss Katie Sue Way.
She is survived by: her sons, Ken Phipps, Joe Phipps, Jr. (Adriana) of Terre Hill, Michael Phipps, Sr. (Dawn) of Oxford and Peter Phipps (Julie) of Mount Joy, Pennsylvania; and her friend Wilma Medley (Fred) of Piney Creek, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
