He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Jack Absher; his wife Becky Coldiron Absher; his daughters, Paige Fairchild (Chad) of Jefferson and Allison Langdon (Brandon) of West Jefferson; his grandchildren, Addie, Gracie, Bridger Fairchild, Harrison and Hattie Leigh Landgon; and his siblings, Roger Absher, Erban Absher, Jessie Absher of Charleston, SC, Virginia Brooks of Bowling Green, VA and Debbie Absher of Wilkesboro. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
