It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannette Ashley Webster of Jefferson, North Carolina, born in Fairmont, North Carolina, who passed away on October 21, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James O'Berry and Frances Edmond Ashley; her siblings, Phyllis Wimbrow, Kathryn Adams, Frances Castevens, Margaret Oliver, Iola McDonnell, James Ashley (Red), Chester Ashley and Norman Ashley; and her son Charles Davis Webster Jr. (Charlie).
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Webster Gardiner Wilson; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Hawklin Gardiner (Vanessa Worley Gardiner) and Ezra Webster Gardiner; her sister-in-law Earlene Ashley; and her cousin Ross Ashley Nikolas.
