She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Lee Williams; her children, Valerie Lynn Williams and James "Jimmy" Thomas Williams; her sister Joyce Talton; and her parents, Thomas Pope and Daphne Pope.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie W. Williamson of Jefferson; her grandchildren, Jesse N. Williamson of Raleigh, Jeremy Williamson of Wilson, Chris Williamson of Ohio and Beth Daniel of Wilson; her great grandchildren, Layne Daniel of Wilson and Laurelei Daniel of Wilson; and her brothers, Don Pope (Georgia) of Garner and Jerry Pope (Eunice) of Thomasville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
