She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Badger and Bessie Hartzog Badger; her husband Hollie Newton Cook; her son Roy Gordon Cook; and her siblings, Roy, Robert, James, Bill Badger, Barbara Ann Badger, Eula Johnson and Edith Conklin.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Church (Bill) of Jefferson; her daughter-in-law Pat Cook of Greenwood, SC; and her grandchildren, Robin, Kyla, Eric, Karen and Kevin. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
