She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Howard and Geneva Weaver Vannoy; and her husband Jerry Gale Neaves. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Neaves of Jefferson, Rebecca Neaves Miller (Jamie) of Jefferson and Brittany Nichole Neaves of Jefferson; and her grandchildren, Devin Davis, Tara Grace Absher, Jacob Absher and Adalyn Thomas. She is also survived by Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
