She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Brewster and Fern Gates Peterson; her husband Hersel Weaver Scott; and her siblings, Elden Eudell, Lynford, Boyd Eageon, Reba May and Melvin McKee Peterson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Scott of Georgia and Peggy Smith of New Jersey; her sister Glora Janeck of Oregon; her grandchildren, Jeff Smith, Jennifer Joyce and David Smith; her great grandchildren, Jake, Jessica, Charlotte, Erin and Emelia; and also Teresa Eller.
