Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ellamae Francis of Jefferson, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 92, on August 22, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Blevins and Maggie Blevins; her husband James Francis; and her great grandchild Kendra Wheeler. She is survived by: her daughters, Janie Reed of Jefferson, Barbara Oliver of Jefferson, Dot Phillips (Eddie) of Boone, JoAnn Church (Roger) of Lansing and Sharon Lewis (Harold) of Warrensville; and her siblings, Wilma Richardson of Lansing, Marvin Blevins of Lansing and Montie Blevins (Angie) of Lyman, SC.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
