He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth Parris Hall; his parents, Robert Hall and Bessie Fearington Hall; his children, Penny Pegram (Ted) and Chester Ray Hall, Jr. (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Curtis Hodges, Jr., Brandy Rhodes (Brandon), Cody Hall (Kayla) and Savannah Sperlazza (Scott); his great grandchildren, Rylee Rhodes, Reese Rhodes, Larson Sperlazza and Brody Sperlazza; his siblings, Lenore Darnell (Jay), John Hall, Lou Eva Belcher, Wanda Miller, Bill Hall (Karen) and Loretta Johnson (Randy); and his close friends, Jeff Darnell and Hannah Craig.
