He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Folds; his children, Connie Konger (Justin) of Indiana, Grace DeCrotie (Dan) of Virginia, Michael Ivan Folds, Jr. (Kristal) of Ohio and Jaxon Folds of North Carolina; and his siblings, Mary Reyling of Indiana, Blaise Moore of Indiana, Mercy Folds of Indiana, Dorothy Cochran of Indiana, Milton Folds, Jr. of Indiana and Joe Folds of Indiana.
