He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Wooten and Myrtle Tinker Wooten; his wife Rose Everett Wooten; his siblings, Jerry Ike Wooten, Sr., Bob Wooten, Jr., Danny Wooten and Irene Wilson; his sister-in-law Connie Barkley Wooten; and his stepdaughter Nora Lee Lytle.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Robert "Boogie" Foster Lytle, Jr. (Nina) and Richard Dale Lytle (Merita); and his brothers, Tommy Wooten and Hank Wooten (Judy).
