We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Peggy S. Modlin of Jamesville, North Carolina, born in Norfolk, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Tilmon Modlin of Jamesville, NC.; her parents, Virginia D. Stinnette and William T. Stinnette; her son Michael W. Modlin; her great grandchild MaKayla Modlin; and her siblings, William Stinnette, Jean Mobley and Emily Harris.

She is survived by: her son Danny L. Modlin (Penny Carter); her daughter-in-law Catherine F. Modlin; her grandchildren, Dana Modlin (Kenny Bruce), Chris Modlin (Catherine) and Kevin Bardwell (Madison); her great grandchildren, Peyton Oldfield, Ethan and Owen Mays; and her close friend Mary Oldfield. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be accepted at Churchland Baptist Church in Peggy's name.
