He is survived by: his son Larry David Evans; his siblings, Eunice Chez, Opal Evans, William Evans, Wilbur Evans and Raymond Evans; his wife Madge Carter Evans of Jamesville, NC; his son Gary Carter Evans (Donna) of Plymouth, NC; his daughter-in-law Pamela Bowen Evans of Jamesville, NC; his grandchildren, Scott Evans (Karen), Lee Evans (Jaynel), Kristian Caldwell (Richard) and Melissa Evans; his stepgrandchildren, Stephen Kowalsky, Jaden Gragg and Maddie Godwin (Brian); his great grandchildren, Samantha Jones (Josh), Madison Evans (Abegail), Dawson Evans, Kamryn Caldwell, Krew Caldwell, Lyric Millican (Kevin), Xavier Mackey, Avery Mackey and Addison Mackey; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Rylan Kowalsky and Bryson Godwin; and his great great grandchildren, Lauryn Millican, Mason Evans, Margaret Evans and Kinsleigh Jones.
