He is survived by: his wife Juanita Coltrain Pierce; his children, John "Michael" Pierce Jr. (Joy) of Jamesville and Taylor Pierce Harrison (Garrett) of Bear Grass; his grandchildren, Jesslyn, Michaela, Riley and Sadie; his father Randy Pierce; and his siblings, Ken (Melinda), Thomas and Amanda (Brian).
