He was predeceased by: his parents, David Rosvol and Dare Ellis Holliday; and his brother Phil Holliday. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Holliday; his children, Melissa Futrell (Ashley) and Clayton Holliday (Bridget); his grandchildren, Hillary White (Trey), Tyler Futrell, Brianna White, Jordan Futrell, Lucas Holliday, Jackson Holliday and Caroline Holliday; and his great grandchild Kairi Carl. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
