With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Lippard of Jamestown, North Carolina, born in Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on January 10, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Huntley Lippard, Sr. and Walter A. Lippard, Sr.; and his siblings, Max H. Lippard and Betsy Brady. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Canipe Lippard; his daughters, Rene L. Cain (Mark) and Lorie L. Rocque (Jeff); his grandchildren, Benjamin Cain (Kayla), Hannah Cain and Isabella Rocque; his great grandchild Remi Rice; his sisters, Hope Lackey, Diane Caldwell (Ken) and Janet Mayse (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Lippard and William Jay Brady.
