She was predeceased by: her husbands, Richard Paul Cromwell and Donald Bowman. She is survived by: her children, Cathy McCoy (Dan McCoy), Karen Conklin Budusky (Jim Budusky) and Richard Anthony Cromwell (Joyce Cromwell); her grandchildren, Colin, Erin, Sean McCoy, Leland (Catherine), Austin Conklin, Hayley Morgan (Stephanie), Samantha Taylor Cromwell, Danielle Rasecke and Kasia Collins; and her great grandchildren, Brooks, Marty, Lydia, Paul Conklin, Hannalee and Timo Rasecke.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Jamestown Presbyterian Church in memory of Thelma Cromwell Bowman.
