He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Robert P. Schultheis and Mildred Moellering Schultheis; his wife Merlyn O'Dell Schultheis; his brothers, Dr. Roland A. Schultheis of Beaverton, OR and Dr. William F. Schultheis of San Antonio, TX; and his great grandchild Arlo.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Allen (Tom) of Seffner, FL, Katherine Ferretti (Lew) of Jamestown, Robin Breland (Russell) of Archdale, Laura Jeffreys (Dick) of Graham and Tracy Hodge (Dennis) of Emerald Isle. He is also survived by seven grandsons, four granddaughters, and ten great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews and cousins.
