He was predeceased by: his parents, George Alvin Smith and Geneva Powell Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lois Wood Smith; and his sons, Tim Smith (Cheryl) of Jamestown and Todd Smith (Nina) of Jamestown. He is also survived by five granddaughters; and two great-grandchildren.
