In loving memory of Michael Woosley Waggoner of Jamestown, North Carolina, who departed this world on April 6, 2025 at the age of 80. Michael leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Plummer Waggoner, Sr. and Geraldine Anita Swain Waggoner; his brother Marcus P. Waggoner, Jr.; and his brother-in-law James "Jim" Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lynn Howard Waggoner; his children, Christopher Howard Waggoner (Jennifer) of Greensboro and Paige Michael Waggoner Welch (James) of High Point; his grandchildren, Luke Waggoner, Elliot Waggoner and Camden Welch; his sister Vivian "Vickie" Waggoner Pierce; and his mother-in-law Hazel M. Howard. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Jamestown United Methodist Church (403 E Main St, Jamestown, NC 27282).
