He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sisters, Mickey Murray Solomon (Don) and Peggy Murray Perkinson (Ivan); his wife Claudia Moore Murray of Richmond, VA; his children, Janet Renee Murray, Brian Curtis Murray, Lt. Commander and S. Navy; and his grandson Thomas Banastre Murray.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Jamestown United Methodist Church, designated as a memorial gift to honor Ken in establishing a Scholarship Fund to help students starting their college career.
