It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Newell (Jamestown, North Carolina), who passed away on April 17, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brother George Garst; her sons, Troy Newell (Lisa) and Brian Newell (Ginger); her grandchildren, Max, Allison, Kailey and Ella; and her sister Sue Stamper.
