He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Dixon and Lula Beatrice Lamb Dixon; and his siblings, Rose Butler and Carl Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Martha "Marty" McAdams Dixon; his daughters, Keena Deese (Chris) of High Point and Christina Blaszczak (Jason) of Apex; his sisters, Jean Raper of Wendell, Brenda Bailey of Kenley and Cecilia Ellis of Morehead City; his grandchildren, Lauren Leach (Deese), Clair Deese, Aliya and Ava Blaszczak; and his great grandchild Leach.
