It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janis Howard of Jamestown, North Carolina, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletus John and Annie Laura Spencer (Ellington); her son Charles Edward Howard, Jr.; her brother John Spencer; and her close friend Shirley Wagner.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Howard, Sr.; her daughter Tanis Howard Everhardt (Donnie); her granddaughters, Leigh Howard Gregory (Dave) and Adriane Cromer Witcher (Doug); her great grandchildren, Madison Gregory, Hayden, Sofiya Witcher and Charlie; her brother Jay Spencer of High Point; and also Linda Howard Everhart.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, those in attendance are asked to wear a face mask.
