With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James O. Boyst (Jamestown, North Carolina), who passed away on December 7, 2018 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Eloise Winslow Boyst; his daughter Susan Jane; his brother Charles F. Boyst; and his children, Becky Boyst of Garland, Sara Boyst of Greensboro, Pat Boyst of Asheboro, John Boyst (Janet) of Winston-Salem and Benjamin Boyst (Pam) of Dunellon. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
