He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Lucy Clark Cruthis; and his siblings, Jewell Young and Maurice Cruthis. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Dennis Cruthis; and his children, Gail Marshall (Frank) of Moneta, VA, Lisa Steele (Greg) of Jamestown, Keith W. Cruthis (Traci) of Raleigh, Ricky L. Cruthis of Jamestown and Terry L. Cruthis of Atlanta. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
