She is survived by: her husband Steve Harvell; her children, Michael Harvell (Karen) of Lexington and Sherry Harvell Yacuzzo of High Point; her siblings, Patricia Taylor (Skip) of High Point, Charles Irwin (Andrea) of High Point, Paul "Butch" Irwin of Alabama and Her; and her grandchildren, Michelle, Austin, Marina Harvell, Emily Yacuzzo and Shea Johnson (Adam).
