It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Easter Miller of Jamestown, North Carolina, born in Tyler, Texas, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Jewel and Rosie Harden Lewis; and her son Reuben W. Miller, III. She is survived by: her daughters, Easter Renay Hawkins (Herman) of Jamestown and Cassandra Miller of Columbia, MD; her grandchildren, Micah K. Hawkins of Jamestown, Jason K. Hawkins (Sonia) of Maryland and Jendayi Elisha Renay Miller of Maryland; and her sister Etha Lee Collins of Texas.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Alzheimer's Association - Greater Maryland Chapter or The Leukemia Research Foundation.
