He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Thomas and Mabel Thomas; his sister Teresa Thomas Emery; and his son Butch Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Caroline Thomas; his daughter Renee Thomas (Mike Kazel); his grandchildren, Sydney Franklin and Cristian Franklin; his children, Matthew Thomas and Kaiden Thomas; his grandchild Chris Thomas (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Cameron and Kylie Thomas; his grandchild Carlyle Thomas; his great grandchild Sawyer Thomas; his granddaughter Karla Southern (Jamie); his great grandchildren, Aaron and Kaleb Compton; and his daughter-in-law Pam Thomas.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Adams Farm Community Church (5113 Mackay Rd, Jamestown, NC 27282).
