Hernandez of Jacksonville; her brothers, George Hernandez (Susan) of Benson and James Hernandez (Terri) of Jacksonville; her grandsons, Nicholas Weber, Jr. and Gabriel Weber; her nephew Austin Hernandez; and her nieces, Taylor, Elizabeth, Heather and Amber Hernandez. She is also survived by mother to her three sons and two grandsons.
