It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Taiye J. A. Reid of Jacksonville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 31, 2025, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Telisa D. Reid of Chester, VA; his sister Ryan A. Jones of Chester, VA; his stepfather Mike Nunnally of Chester, VA; his grandparents, Lajuana Phillips of Jacksonville, NC and Dennis Reid of Illinois; his aunts, Ereca Reid of Maryland and Erin Black (Harrison) of Wichita, KS; his great-grandparents, Mattie Reid of Chicago, IL and Gloria Regains of Chicago, IL; and his cousins, Tahney Burns of Maryland and Anthony Higgins of Maryland.
