He was predeceased by: his mother Frances G. Kerns; his stepfather Robert J. Kerns; and his father Keever C. Mullins. He is survived by: his daughters, Maegan Mullins and Ashley Neubauer of Katy, TX; his granddaughter Sahara Neubauer of Katy, TX; and his siblings, Pamela Bousquet of Pensacola, FL, Sandra Keenan of Jacksonville, NC and Jody Kerns of Jacksonville, NC. He is also survived by several nieces; and two nephews.
