He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine W. Bailey and Dora Irene Heaps. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Blaine, Jay, Ken Sr. and Lynette Davis; his siblings, Monty Jay Bailey, Darrell Lane Bailey and Tina Ford-Tunstall; and his grandchildren, Allison Bailey, Cody, Ken Jr., Russell, Zack, Andrew and Tawny Davis.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Prague Catholic Church (214 S Marine Blvd, Jacksonville, NC 28540). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (110 Montford Landing Rd, Jacksonville, NC 28540).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
