He was predeceased by: his son Michael Cunningham; and his mother Ruby Erwin. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Cunningham; his stepson Gregory Baird of Jacksonville; his brothers, Mark Cunningham of Wilmington and Brian Erwin of Jacksonville; his stepfather Hal Erwin of Summersville, WV; his father John Cunningham of Leesburg, FL; and his grandchildren, Brianna Davis, Kendrick Baird, Jasmine Baird, Daimyan Solis, Charlie Baird, Danni Baird, Max Cunningham and Bria Cunningham.
