She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Repp and Dorothy Nichols; and her brothers, Robert Stoyle, William "Billy" Stoyle and Tom Stoyle.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas LaFave; her daughters, Mary Midgett (Freddie) and Kristine LaFayette (Robbie); her siblings, Judy Marques and Larry Repp; her grandchildren, Steven Wells Jr. (Hayley), David Wells, Roberta LaFayette, Charles Wells, Johnathon Wells, Scarlett Wells, Brooklynn Wells, Kristi Woods and Karma Woods; and her former husband Richard LaFayette. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Salem Baptist Church (198 Sneads Ferry Rd, Sneads Ferry, NC 28460).
