He is survived by: his daughter Allison Whitworth of Jacksonville; his siblings, Robin Collier of Hubert and Tom Whitworth of Lindale, TX; his aunt Linda; his uncles, Don and Ronnie; his nieces and nephews, Samantha, Kyle, Ami, Scotty and Brian; and his great-niece Charlie Jo.
