He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvie Harold and Margaret Mary Hickam (Peggy); and his brothers, William (Bill) and Thomas Hickam. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Hickam, Debbie Hickam Grampre and Arleen Hickam; his nieces and nephews, Shaun, Paula, Sherri, David, Denise, Michael, Irene, Ean, Patrick, Thomas, Jr. and Abby; and his friends, Matt, Shantel, Roy and Diana. He is also survived by family; and the rest of family and close friends.
