He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jacob Moyer, Sr. and Genevieve Shipley Moyer. He is survived by: his wife Carole H. Moyer; his sons, William Moyer (Lisa) of College Park and David Moyer (Lorie) of Mount Savage, Maryland; his stepchildren, Eddie Marriner (Paula) of Jackson and Jackie Morris (Jim) of Murrell's Inlet; his grandchildren, Sarah Ceresa of College Park, Matthew Moyer of Bovard and Jennifer Moyer of Mount Savage, Maryland; his stepgrandchildren, Heather Russell, Brittany Wilson and Eddie Marriner, IV; his sister Patricia Rice of Cumberland, Maryland; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Luke Wilson, Jack Marriner, Libby Russell, William Russell, David Paugh and Charlotte Marriner.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Jackson Baptist Church (306 N Church St, Jackson, NC 27845).
