He is survived by: his wife Barbara Doyle; his sons, Paul Robert Barrett III (Nitya) of Raleigh and Benton Doyle Barrett (Kelen) of Roanoke Rapids; his grandchildren, Benton "Ben", Waverly Jo and Maddie Ann Barrett; his sister Susan Barrett Glover (Matt); his cousins, Randy and Paige Birdsong; his sister-in-law Lisa Doyle Brobst (Larry); and his nieces, Catherine Glover Frazier (Eli), Anna Glover DeBruyne (Matthew) and Kaitlyn Brobst DiNoto (Anthony).
