She is survived by: her significant other Tom Ensley; and her children, Tommy Ensley (Regina), Jan Revis (Jim), Russell Ensley (Rebecca) and Arlecie Hoxit (Michael). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
