He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wilson and Mila Miranda Carver; his wife Elizabeth Kilpatrick Carver; his sisters, Willie Mae Johnson, Martha Boyce and Annie White; and his niece Linda Dianne Kilpatrick Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Gloria Elizabeth Carver Dubay and John Andrew Kilpatrick Carver (Drew); his grandchildren, Steven Newton Dubay, Jr. and Sonya Elizabeth Dubay; his great grandchildren, Richard Jackson, Steven Jackson and Michael Wiggins; and his great great grandchild Seth Jackson.
Memorial donations may be made to the Jackson Volunteer Fire Department, Lasker Volunteer Fire Department or the Seaboard Volunteer Fire Department.
