James Dexter Barnett Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2024, at the age of 73, James Dexter Barnett of Jackson, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Barnett and Maxine Gordon Barnett; and his brother Danny Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Judy Hardison Barnett; his sons, Justin Barnett (Kasey) and Jarrett Barnett; his grandchildren, Taryn Joy Barnett and Jackson Blade Barnett; and his siblings, Vernon "Bee" Barnett, Dempsey Barnett and Caroline Barnett Hardison.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Jackson Heights OFWB Church. The monies donated will be used to go towards the purchase of new outdoor LED church sign.
