She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Stauffer and Alverda Stauffer (Haas); her husband William "Billy" Spivey; and her siblings, Betty Volk, Joyce Hess, Ellis Stauffer, Francis Stauffer and Terry Stauffer.
She is survived by: her children, Constance "Connie" Rhem (Stephen) of Wilson, Cynthia "Cindy" Donley (Larry) of Greenville and William "Bill" Spivey Jr. (Travis Johnson) of Columbia, S. C.; her grandsons, Spencer Rhem of Wilmington, Connor Rhem of Greenville and Grant Donley of Colorado City, CO; her sisters-in-law, Nelda Slade and June Parker (John); and also, Shirley Nester and Donald Stauffer.
