She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor Bridges and Dialpha Sherrill Bridges; her husband Coolidge; and her siblings, Lewis, Charlie, Leroy Bridges, Mezilda Wiggins and Bennie Johnston.
She is survived by: her children, Ervin Brooks (Donna) of Boise, Idaho, Marilyn Frizzell (Roger) of Qualla and Marvin Brooks (Connie) of Sylva; and her sister-in-law Ollie Bridges. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
