It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eleanor Anne Horrell of Ivanhoe, North Carolina, born in Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hall White of Washington and Louise Mintz White; her husband James Colin Horrell, Sr.; her sister Geraldine Fanney; and her children-in-law, Steve Horrell and Sandra Howell.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Moore (Cutlar), Claudia Barnhill (Chester), Stephanie Craver (Danny) and Jimmy Horrell; and her grandchildren, Anne Barnhill, Amanda Benton, Kiah Barnhill (Patsy), Brandon Craver, Courtney Horrell, Matthew Horrell, Lindsey Horrell, Bryon Prevatte (Laura) and Samantha Howell. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
