It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Simpson of Ivanhoe, North Carolina, born in Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Earl and Shirley Batchelor Pierce. She is survived by: her husband Henry Fred Simpson III; her sons, Henry Fred Simpson IV and Eric Earl Simpson (Amy); her grandchildren, Westley Simpson, Austin Simpson, Taylor Simpson and Pierce Simpson; her sister Audrey Maready (David); her nephews, Shawn Maready, Brent Maready (Erica) and Earl Pierce II (Samantha); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Elaina Pierce, Everett Maready and Slate Maready.
